yes, you can get it on the spot.
to save time, just need to register online, select the package and choose pay later.
then get the number from the counter and they will help u on the rest.
can pay by credit card as well.

process take time. need wait confirmation message from your current telco, then wait for line to deactivate.
same day might be not possible.

If i want data use only (no calls/sms) to replace my streamyx.. is it suitable...?
Don't think got 4G Webe here.. but 3G (and 4G) Celcom no problem..

Since just need to pay RM79... any device can use?

Webe still must used webe-certified device only?

4G also don't need certified phone as long as your phone have Band 5 LTE, it is ok.
