so the conclusion is, the best and fastest way to use webe is to register at webe centre in sunway. and personally collect the sim. lots of people here register online, mostly end up get the sim late.

be careful with what u share the trick here.by giving specific vpn, webe could trace the bug. and voila all those money for 2 years subscription gone
