I try 2 usb modem both also can connect.
I think all usb modem can connect as long we plug in directly to usb port of the laptop.

Also u will need to pay to tether in whatever method u using to shared. No bypass.

make sure it's not WebUI one 

well that one I don't know as the last "non webui" modem I use was years ago      like 6 / 7 years back

finally I pulled the trigger, and at the current price and current package, i'm more than happy compared to the earlier webe offering
early webe offering:
RM199 for SIM. Even if you put in Streamyx / Unifi and then + 'recommended / verified phones', the fact remained as such; RM199 was the cheapest. Then added with the 2mbps limit (which they removed later)

today's offering:
RM79 (not inclusive of GST), and no 2mbps limit (except for certain streaming sites like youtube where they limit it at 480p, as of writing).
Not bad. The speed is spotty, but that's expected. Its not like its below 1mbps snail crawl.

so i'm glad webe is much affordable at the moment, and despite some caveats, its really a worthwhile offer at the moment

If its back to RM199, i'm out. Cancel straight. I did not MNP in, so i won't MNP out. just outright cancel.

The reason being is that i'm still hanging on to a not-so-old digi plan, which still offers RM10 for 8GB (7 day validity) quota.

Assuming its RM199, (200, give and take), that'll be 8GBx20 = 160GB. More than enough when Steam games downloads.

Otherwise, at RM79(not inclusive of GST), i'm very happy with what it offers (as long as single connection to PC via usb modem is still allowed)

my main line is digi. So when webe asked, do i want to mnp, i selected "no, i want a new number". I could have MNP-ed into webe, but i felt it was too much of a gamble.

Once u subscribe webe, price is fix at RM79. Webe canot revised current user price. Only new register user follow new price. Let say say webe 3.0 revision.

don't think they can revise the price for those users that already sign up..
it's binding agreement.. only new users will face the new pricing
