Hi friends, currently a Umobile user from ipoh. Would like to know if there are any webe ipoh user here. Feedback needed. Looking to jump ship because Umobile these few months really unstable...

Just received my SIM and started using it, but when I checked my bill online, it's already up RM 22.33 for my unbilled usage. It doesn't make sense because today is my first day using it.

Anyone experience this?

Does it matter? End of the month u r still charged rm79+GST only.

if choose to terminate before 1 month? bill can be prorated or pay those unbill amount only instead of RM79?

my file download speed jump up until pass 10Mbps around 7am ish this morning and stay for around 5 minutes. This really show some potential. Really hope could gain that speed after that upgrade
