what are the available usb dongle for use with webe mobile plan?

and no, i'm not referring to mifi/router with bypass tethering.


nearest would be tmgo's usb dongle but this unit (D-Link DWM-221, modified for TMgo) is almost non-existent.



just simple usb dongle to plug into laptop.

saw that but prefer band5 LTE dongle

can still get tmgo package + usb dongle or not first? reading some threads, not many areas are offering.

well, for the price of rm115 tmgo sim+dongle, still cheap. finish tmgo quota, then throw away lor.

recently tried webe sim on tmgo usb dongle and plug to laptop. works just fine.

just setup apn to webe, then dial directly.

if you are doing business offering unlimited, for sure dont want whole kampung share la

point is, webe mobile is not target for sharing. they are targeting individual using mobile.


problem with this strategy is, nowadays everyone is on multi-screen, multi-devices.

1) this model is EOL, even tm not replenishing this and pushing wifi/fwt devices.

i wonder why you all check tmgo coverage. technically network used are the same, but just check webe's 4g coverage lo since they could update it more frequent than tmgo's.

the mothership at sunway pyramid is also using 2600mhz band 38 that's why the speed there is abnormally higher than those outside connected to 850mhz band 5.

this is new telco la, coverage is slowly expanding. cannot experience 1st class like maxis la.
