Still, no idea if have coverage at my kampung place.
The startup cost to even TRY this, isn't exact cheap either, a new modem required... duh.

Webe plans to roll out on a higher 2600MHz LTE band (Band 7).

2600MHz TDD-LTE Band (band 38)

Is this counted? It says band 20 though.

FDD-LTE Band 5(850) so it would be complement with TDD-LTE.

Webe does't have enough spectrum to operate on 2600MHz as Band 7 but enough for Band 38.

That's a good news..

With all the band thingy got related to speed?? Since it is still LTE right??

Higher frequency carries as much data a lower does. But since higher frequency had smaller coverage so it's generally faster.

the mothership at sunway pyramid is also using 2600mhz band 38 that's why the speed there is abnormally higher than those outside connected to 850mhz band 5.

it should be band 38/40 already used by p1 broadband lte.
it going like this
lte band 38/40 --> lte band 5 --> celcom 3g -->.celcom 2g
