Beginning Q1 2017, webe will be rolling out 2.3GHz TD-LTE coverage which will provide a higher capacity on top of its existing 850MHz LTE network. Its not staff package i want to ask.
Its about the worthiness of getting webe if i only have 3G coverage in my area.

Friend in TM said that mcmc dont allow webe to allow tether for all device because it will not be fair for other telco and not competitive. Webe wont lose anything if they allow many devices to tether. It has unlimited data, not unlimited speed. They can cap you at 10mbps and give you 100device to tether.
