Based on my experiences, first sim took 3 days to reached me in Labuan and 5 days for activation (ported out from Digi). While second sim arrived in 2 days and activation took only 1 day (ported out from Celcom). One tip I learned from here, when the sim in your hand, directly consult with cs. Tell them to process your MNP urgently like giving excuse you're going oversea or something else.

Recently, the port in process has been altered a little bit.

You don't have to worry about losing the line in the porting process.

Once, you have webe SIM in your hand, inform webe at 011-1000-1000 so that they can activate ur line within 24 hours. At the same time, ur current telco is still keeping ur number active. You'll receive SMS from current telco that ur port out process is accepted.

Within 24 hours, just slot in the webe SIM card to check the line is activated or not. It'll take about 5 minutes for the webe line to be detected by the phone. So, please be patient. Better still if u have extra phone, just slot the SIM. If not activated, call webe again. The port out may be rejected by ur current telco due to several reasons.

Once the webe line is activated, ur current telco line is ALSO active. Within 24 hours, ur previous telco line will be de-activated.

Planning to sign webe~
1. Is 3G connection of Webe share with Celcom, and how about 4G?
1.5 If yes, can we consider that the signal is much more stonger than Digi or Umobile?
2. Is there a contract?
3. How much do i need to pay in first time and the following months?

Sincerely, thank you.

1. They share the same coverage as Celcom 2G and 3G. They use their own 4G infra instead of using Celcom's.
2. No. Their signal is not as goof as DiGi or Maxis. They are still new and you need to give them some time.
3. No contract.
4.RM100+ for the first time and RM79 for the following months.

Oh, but why the quality of Webe is weak as you mentioned that Webe is sharing the infra with Celcom.
RM100+ ? Upfront payment?
