hi, i would like to terminate webe but my bill has included the advance charges for month dec rm79 and have outstanding of rm53.10 after deduct my advance payment rm106.

if i pay the rm53.10 to terminate how much refund i will get? any bro and sifu can help workout the calculation?

before i hv experience terminate the celcom line once the bill ready but received final bill charging me full month instead of prorata for 2 days of the month. so confusing
