the price is nice, but I'm really hesistant with samsung ac at the moment. Yes, that tv is definitely on my watch list. there is also the 40" tv sold by senheng that sold at rm900++ after voucher discount, but a little off my budget.

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

Here is the story.
On 16th, I waited at home and poslaju didn't came so I called poslaju hotline on 17th to check on the status and requested it to be redelivered on Friday. But on Friday they didn't turn up. I called them this morning again and they said item should be at the poslaju warehouse and I can collect it over the counter. So I went there and waited 30 minutes, they were midway updating the inventory and asked me to come back later. After lunch which is 2hours later, I went back and they told me they couldn't find it. They ask me to go back and will call when they found it. What should I do now?

Btw, I kepoh kepoh looked at their monitor, the reason given for the two Unsuccessful delivery were "Hujan lebat".

Never buy Samseng aircon, change control board within 1st year cos technician can't figure out d problem, luckily under warranty otherwise would cost half an Aircon.

Parcel missing, sure Poslaju are the one to blame since you didn't sign anything. Find them and ask where is your parcel, if no result, contact Lazada.

Dont trouble yourself with poslaju.
Just make a complaint to lazada that parcel never arrive. Let lazada sort it out with poslaju.

Later lazada will give you option either refund or replacement.
