Does vouchers works on items with "Best Sellers" logo?

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

Here is the story.
On 16th, I waited at home and poslaju didn't came so I called poslaju hotline on 17th to check on the status and requested it to be redelivered on Friday. But on Friday they didn't turn up. I called them this morning again and they said item should be at the poslaju warehouse and I can collect it over the counter. So I went there and waited 30 minutes, they were midway updating the inventory and asked me to come back later. After lunch which is 2hours later, I went back and they told me they couldn't find it. They ask me to go back and will call when they found it. What should I do now?

Btw, I kepoh kepoh looked at their monitor, the reason given for the two Unsuccessful delivery were "Hujan lebat".

The code is working. Make sure you enter the correct code like 'O' and not 0.

Does anyone know which lazada courier survive tracking starts with ex? Tried the tracking on poslaju and it returns invalid tracking no.
