Any discount <20% is disappointing. I really miss the online sales in 2015, when one can get discount of 40-50% becos then u can stack discounts.

Can't see any ad on BFCM @Lazada? Maybe their 11-11 has overwhelm them until now. Their 11-11sales was 30 times more than normal days. But Gemfive has some codes for BFCM but not attractive enough.

Me too, bought 4-5 HDDs n never have any problem, the last was on Sept2016 a 2TB Seagate Slim Backup for only rm212 supplied by Lazada with 3-yr warranty. Can never get this type of pricing if bought offline. Nowadays bought all my IT products online, including printer toner n small accessories.

Nothing much to lose except time, n some heartache. For their mistake u all won't be penalized any fee. Don't expect compensation or apologies fr Clickasia. This time if they repeat this fiasco boycott them, otherwise congrats to u all for getting a good deal. I was one of the victim in August.
