rublik: below my suggestion for u,

1. d5 vario 2 units
2. EK 100 or 250 res 2 units (replace the swiftech res)
3. heat killer rev 3 cpu block (dont use GTZ)
4. aquacom 295 block (replace the koolance block)
5. wouldnt suggest u to go 1/2" (u will have a superb headache like me trying to install 1/2" pipe on mosfet, try go a smaller size tube that can bend more)
6. Dont get koolance fittings, bitspower fittings are far nicer and better
7. skip the coolant, use distilled water, if u really wan coolant go for fluidxp or feser coolant.

that's all that i can help. =D

Btw wat casing u use. u need a huge room to mount 2 rad in the case. not many case around can do that

I am using TJ10 casing

I think it will be hard to fit 2 360. I can try 1 x 360 and 2 x 120

cause ur using nirox pump, the pump impeller make some noise over time, i've been previously nirox user as well, change to a better pump for morer silent operation and higher performance.

i dunno how to fix the impeller sound as well, as i switch to D4 after i having clicking sound with 2 units of nirox.

but i not sure if it is your case since mine is clicking sound, if humming sound i guess its caused by vibration. smile.gif

7/16 hard to reuse unless ure on chrome barb, plastic barb the only option is cut... chrome barb = pull it by force... make sure retighten the barb b4 reinsert or setup ur tubings...

streakfreak, i believe your problem is cause by air buble in the loop, or air bubble is forming at the pump impeller.
