Every product would have defects, even a Ferrari car would smile.gif It's a matter of how bad it is and how these companies handle RMA.

If you want a cheap and good solution, Arctic F12 is a good choice. It's on Fluid Dynamic (FDB) bearing, high static pressure and silent. I had 3 of them on my MCR-320, gives about the same temp as I'm running on Typhoons but maybe 1-2C lesser at times. However price wise, it's cheaper by 1 fold.

If you want a high class fan that is reputable and recommended everywhere then the Scythe Gentle Typhoon/S-Flex is your option. To be honest, the Tribework really isn't worth the price (unless you have too much money) tongue.gif

There's a reason why I only sell certain products because I do my research, test it out and make sure it's a value for money product. When we buy/sell something, we don't just grab whatever is expensive because expensive things doesn't necessarily means it's always worth it in terms of value VS performance.

I think it would be best for you to buy some radiators and test it out yourself. Perhaps you will understand what I'm talking about smile.gif If you really want to squeeze that few degrees of temps out of it then sure, spend a bomb to get the best fan in the world to pair with it biggrin.gif

I think you still don't understand the point smile.gif It's like you buy an i7 920 VS 975, is it worth for you to pay that much of extra? Is the performance/overclocking factor worth it? You're stating the obvious, of course everyone knows if you pay more you will get extra performance so there's no point discussing something like that. What I'm talking about here is the price VS performance factor.

That's the CPU temp, not the Core temp smile.gif We normally measure/talk about the Core temp.

even with venomous x can reach that but then again the load.... wah wah! waiting with alot of temptation on upgrading!

Even a stock cooler might get such temps in a cool room smile.gif Like I've always said, what we're concerned about is the load temps.

this is customer request and has it own purpose so cant expect much on the cpu temp as the 280 rad itself cover all 3 major parts on the cpu  blush.gif
overall i tink the 280 push pull is not bad at all la. u all know rite i7 4.2ghz is hot. yup stock cooler MIGHT get such idle temps in a cool room but how about the load on 4.2 hehe...
*
Actually it's a good setup and what I'm trying to say is our focus should be load temps, not idle blush.gif
Ezzy can become qualified WC installer nowadays laugh.gif

Some people make it sounds like WC is here for the first year but in fact it's been around for so long, long enough that most people are already bored of it and tried all sorts of things with it laugh.gif Whatever that can be done has already been done and in fact, all cooling methods for a PC has been explored and discovered. If people wants to be unique, go invent something new and if it's too hard, start making phase change - it's a dead project now. I really LOL-ed when we still have people thinking there are unfounded secrets about WC rolleyes.gif Maybe these people are really new to WC. Google.com and you have everything you want about WC, from peltiers to air-cooled water blocks to whatever you might think.

Many things have been proven over the years and re-proving them again is pointless smile.gif Who doesn't know what is a good radiator and what's not. Hyphothetical example - This is my first year with cars (even it has existed on earth close to a century BUT I don't care because it's my first car and it's something new to me - I just don't care, it's my first car and everyone GO AWAY) so I'll rip everything apart and try running with 2 or 3 wheels before finally agree 4 works best, LOL. After that I'll go to Mercedes headquarters and ask them to give me a gift if I can re-invent what they invented in the past which they have thrown outside the window. I thought there are still more to explore so I want to be smarter than Karl Benz laugh.gif If we're talking about WC design in a loop and aesthetics then yes, creativity would play a role here but if someone thinks he can do wonders with WC that people has never done before then I am just as interested to see. IF we have such talents in Malaysia, I would recommend that this person head the Proton R&D unit so that maybe we can also invent better cooling with our cars.

If you think the fans are noisy then I have a remedy for you biggrin.gif

true dat bro...but still lots of stuff out there to play with + new stuff...i'm not looking at temp..heck unless someone can come up with a WC temp lower that room temp,i'm all ears...just a design will do for now...u r missing the point again bro Claw...seems that u always do..its creativity, uniqueness...thats what i'm looking for...

if u'all game..i'm game...will open a new thread for it..lets invite innovation, problem solving skills, modding skills, creative thinking..never hinder it..

Now that you quoted me, I will have to answer smile.gif I didn't miss any points and I think you were the one that missed my points. I said "if" it was design then it makes sense because it's all about creativity (you can read back my post up there). Why go personal and claim I missed your point when it was you missing it? In fact I did agree you on that part, didn't i?

I don't think it's anything new if that is your question smile.gif I can answer and even prove it to you right away. Like I said, all these has been done before. If you have a CPU + GPU loop with a dual radiator, who says it won't work? smile.gif I'm pretty sure it'll still pass Prime, LinX or whatever GPU tests but the only problem is the temperature numbers are no ideal. If you put in a triple or quad, the temperature numbers look cool and you are also happy to see it.

Lol, why so agitated? laugh.gif no one is saying you can't survey or research. However season sellers would know if the person is a genuine buyer or not.

Thanks for trying to be a hero but I don't see any fault in that smile.gif If people can't live with a joke then give up being a human or learn how to take a joke.
This is not a sales thread so I'm commenting from a forummer's capacity and not as a seller. You need to learn how to segregate that. If I jokingly say to my friend that he always asks but never buy, I have to apologize? smile.gif I don't think so and I bet you are obviously wrong in this one, not me.

Sindir sikit pon tak boleh? rolleyes.gif Susah la kalo cam tu. I was really kidding, siap letak smiley to show I wasn't serious laugh.gif

Why do you feel agitated when I'm not commenting on you? Like I said, this is not a sales thread and if you don't like it, you should feel sorry for yourself smile.gif If you can't take a joke, that's not my problem and I wouldn't care less. Don't always think because I'm a seller hence everything I say would be from a seller perspective. Does that mean if I close all my sales thread now and I call you a cheapskate, it would be ok? Does that mean our Prime Minister can't make personal remarks? If small issues like that is a sensitive concern to you, you will never get anywhere smile.gif

Let's go back to the topic.

Thanks to you trying to be the hero of the day and starting to misquote what others say and create a huge misunderstanding laugh.gif I agree we should get back to the topic and would be nice to see some wonderful screenshots like you said.
