usually investors will target 2 bedders.... as the lower price it is... the higher ROI u can potentially get from it... and also wont affect your holding power compare to the larger units... mostly looking to sell 3-5 years after VP....

is basically very high floor only can get side by side... yea... powerful $$.... tandem car parks still works as well considering there are not much extra space for ppl to park also... and also two cars per pair of couple also very common... u cincai rent to a couple also gt two cars liao.... the 3 bedrooms one might be more appeal to them.... since in term of monthly rental... some tenant willing to pay more for the car park... might as well rent the 3 rooms unit with two car parks... tandem only thing headache is on the timing of in and out of both cars... once solved this issue... it still a functional pair of car park space... haha.... bear in mind... if all do side by side.... maybe until level 8 only u can start to see residential levels....

quite common i would say.... alot of the aset kayamas projects also offering tandem car parks.... this is how they manage to minimize the car park levels and offer you 2 car parks for their high density projects....

well msian like two of everything.... means independently 2 car park is all they want... 2 side by side car parks can only be work if your project is low density.... i think this round binastra really design ngam ngam car park for all units only... extra car parks will be used for visitor which they can charge visitor on daily basis if necessary.... hahah

Curious why no one worry the arena sport centre that land...... That land quite big (small empty land + basketball court + arena sport centre) and can build another project there... don't know will sell to other developer in the future or not....

as i always mentioned.... u can prefer condo near MRT/LRT/monorail if the price is right.... so far... i think in alot of cases.... developer will sell a property near public transport cheaply will most probably because of high density, the existing demographic of the area sucks, its RUMAWIP and leasehold.... if u able to get one low density, freehold and cheap new non Rumawip project very near to mrt.... pls recommend here fast.... laugh.gif laugh.gif so far i only heard of enesta is the good one near mrt with decent pricing....
