personally the 2 pool does not make a lot of sense especially by splitting it into 2 different levels.
and plotting it into the corner instead of a more centralised location.

anyway despite all these setback, it's still one of the cheapest property in considerably prime location that does not come with the rumawip/pr1ma conditions.

maybe its at the rooftop there? haha... since i think they gt mentioned rooftop garden/rooftop cafe stuffs like that....

so far the developer din mention any additional car park can be buy yet or not... since most of the car parks already assigned to specific unit... it depends in the end whether there are still extra car parks available for sale or maybe used as visitor car park...

nowadays... u ask ppl to buy a 3 rooms 1000++ sq ft.... close to 700k.... they tak boleh afford la bang... plus the CT1 leftover units increase price til very expensive already... at least 660 psf after discount.... the best is wait for completion of ct1 and buy those subsales unit from early buyers if really need that size...

lol.... your agent should tell u all this ma.. make him work for his money... anyway... for bare unit... u need to pay 2% downpayment first... the 3% will be back to u upon VP... and also the extra 1% upon u signed the SPA and LA.... also will return to u upon VP... for semi furnished... only the extra 1% will be return to u upon VP.....

haha... possible also... nowadays gt few developer quite chao ka one... but then my fren who was selling their citizen 1 previously... commission still get on time... no issue with them according to him haha....
