spillover effect might be soon... since u look at the take up rate of citizen 2 and millerz currently.... OKR response still quite gung ho.... i think taking over the throne from bukit jalil already this year as a location that stuff in between KL and PJ... and not much affordable housing program going on yet in this area... haha

yeah... different ppl different thinking... general consensus is that the 3 BR hold better value if u able to take up the loan amount... hence why waiting list is long for the 3 BR units... but the 2 BR units cant clear... haha... but as at now should be consider as more than 90% take up rate... so developer not really kan cheong...

if u are having 90% loan... bank will settle for u... every stage completion they will send a copy to u and the bank as well... if not mistaken... there will be cc to the bank thr on the letter....

actually binastra really song... all of their current launching projects able to sold more than 90% within one year of launching... i think cash flow wise really not an issue for them... tambah their core income from being main-con to other developers....
