Further check on the SC Malaysia website, it says live chat is not available to everyone, only for VIP like people......

Hi just want to confirm my understanding on JOMPAY by JOP or CB card:-
1. Jompay (eg to pay insurance, gov like PTPTN) is counted as online in JOP and retail spend for cash back platinum?

Thinking to couple with Bigpay reload & Jompay to max the CB for my insurance & some bill payment.

BTW is Boost still counted online or retail spend?

Request to cancel JOP after CS says annual fee cannot be waived. But then she help me to submit appeal for waiver. Today called me and ask me to keep the card. Annual fee will be reversed in 5 working days.

Hi, just got this card, and based on searching the previous posts, is my understanding below correct?

1. Spend 2.5k to achieve highest tier is per month (cycle resets on 1st of every month)

2. Cashback credited the following month (i.e. cashback for September credited to statement sometime in October, perhaps middle of month normally)

3. BigPay so far confirm to be considered online for the standard CB of this card

Statement date doesn't matter right (no statement so far) unlike PBB? Any additional promos running for this card?

Hi all. I have a question regarding SCB JOP. The cash back mechanism is a little confusing. It says must withdraw. Does it mean let's say I spent 9000 a mth, which is rm90 cb a mth. So my 9000 won't auto offset with the rm90 CB, making me only payable for 8910.

It's confusing because other banks CB directly credit to your credit card balance.

Hi all. When you apply for stand chart cards, did someone from plus solution called you?

Redeeming is from clicking 'View My Rewards' when looking at the JomPay card in stan chart online system? When is that normally updated (let's say for his example July calendar month spend, will be updated by any particular date of August?)

EDIT: Oh, no, I see it's the other button, 'Redeem Rewards Now' which brings to the 360 page which was previously listed here. Same question as above applies though, when is this updated?

just to update on new top up card vs sst.

applied a top up cc in sept, card received and expiry date follow earlier cc which is in June,

until now SST no charged eventhough CS said will charged.

Hence, SST charged based on expiry date shown on card.

I got my Just one platinum card on august.. Immediately use it to pay my AIA insurance using autopay on that month amounting to RM 1900

today i check the cashback value, they only give me RM 3 cash back. Call to their CS to query, they said usually 1st payment to insurance are not captured as autopay, only the 2nd payment to insurance using autopay will give me 10%.. so they wont give me 10% cash back for that...

anybody experienced this? can confirm?

boost and hui lai shan count as others 0.2% cash back. JOP 15% cash back only applicable for auto billing , online and petrol.

15% x RM567 = RM85, no need to bother other txn as long as he got RM2500 total spending and the RM567 must be autodebit, online or petrol

But have to make sure the other txn are not in the retail spends exclusion list.

i'm having visa platinum business from sc few years ago ( which i found not benefit me accordingly)....

yet i dont wan to cancel it yet ( coz is my last card on sc, and the limit is quite high 6digit**)

I’m adding the Cashback card as an additional card to my JOP. If my JOP anniversary is in May and I get my Cashback card this month, do I now have different anniversaries for each card or it will follow my other cards?

As I also need to know by when I should have 20k spending to get the annual fee waiver.

Just now I live chat with SC regarding my cashback of SC CB card.

She say the cashback will reflect after 60 days..
So spend on Oct 2018, then the CB will arrive on Dec 2018..
