suppose u need to pay to new card number...

but, it is nice that they tell u to wait for new statement to pay.. but, the hassle is to get waiver after charge.. normally i try not to do that, as it will surely ding dong for few times to get everything resolve... system will continue to charge interest while waiting for the waiver to kick in..

my brother every year also get waiver and rebate, but, this year, after SST charged, they said no rebate, so, proceed to cancel, no call as well and the service request shown completed... n card disappear from the online banking..

like fruitie said, many reported they cancelled straight away without call, if u need the card, try at own risk, else, no harm trying..

in fact, their live chat is really good... just that not all customer got this feature, only premium/ priority customer have...

n their fraud team is strong as well...

unfortunately, their card feature is useless
