QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 12 2019, 11:50 AM) Hopefully Standard Chartered don't revise the benefit, I don't mind to pay annual fee and get the jersey Of course I wish to have AF waived. But even if there isn’t any, I’ll still continue to use this card as long as CB is still available.

QUOTE(basSist @ Aug 17 2019, 10:22 AM) my RM186.25 TNB-(RPS) autopay is not counted for cash back as well. and my RM2300 BigPay only give RM28 cash back. Not RM30? Did you spend on others? If not, 28 is for your TNB (186.25 x 15% = 27.9375 = 28) ?

QUOTE(basSist @ Aug 17 2019, 10:36 AM) ok now here comes my calculation. RM2300 BigPay - RM30 CB RM186.25 TNB Autopay - RM 27.95 CB but i only got RM28, does it mean my BigPay 2300 not counted? Your total spending is 2,300 + 186.25 = 2,486.25 (< 2,500). Your CB cap is RM28.

QUOTE(roarus @ Aug 17 2019, 10:58 AM) Got my JOP full cashback too BigPay 2,500.00 Petronas TnG reload 101.00 Autopay Unifi 157.95 I still load 2500 to BigPay to meet the RM2500 min for 15% tier. This is due to my unifi statement being really late (27th) and I might forget/unable to go to the petrol station in time. So if anything happens either my unifi or petrol gets 15% still instead of downgrading to 10% tier. Which Petronas you did TnG reload using JOP?

QUOTE(avinlim @ Aug 19 2019, 08:53 AM) For my case is petrol RM181.80 get cb RM27. And I calculated some other forum members case same...rounded down to nearest ringgit. For your case, online 30, petrol insurance 29.87, you shoud get RM30+29 only, RM1 might be come from setel(RM1.5 rounded to RM1) For me ngam ngam RM2500 is dangerous, always go abit above. E.g bp RM2200 + RM400 etc etc Regardless of SST or transaction. Outstanding posted on statement date must be cleared... dont not ever gamble on that. Whatever rebate/waiver that come later can always be claimed later. My advise is do not gamble on the RM25 or RM50 even it can be waived later. PAY ALL YOUR STATEMENT BALANCE each month. His issue is he thought SC follows statement cycle. So he missed the 2.5k min spending. I spent ngam-ngam 2.5k, no issue getting CB 60.

QUOTE(allen6279 @ Aug 20 2019, 01:43 PM) CB revision started July right? For the above transactions i only got RM30 CB (from the CB i received few days ago), what's wrong with that? PS: prudential is auto-debit How do you sign up for Prudential auto-debit? Do you fill the auto-debit paper form or online form? Maybe you can show the form to SCB.

I’m using Maxis as auto-debit, the deduction always on same date. So 1 day after I’ll pump petrol to make up ngam-ngam 200.

QUOTE(beLIEve @ Aug 20 2019, 04:19 PM) ahhh yeah. I use the TNB web interface from computer. It's under Unposted now. *phew* unfortunately, have to argue with TNB with the late payment penalty since it's their fault (or maybe, it's SCB's). Otherwise my cash back goes to TNB. I check the TNB bill. Got late payment charges meh?

QUOTE(kenlui @ Aug 21 2019, 08:36 PM) SC called me today, stating that my Prudential payment was not classified as auto debit MCC, asked me if I could give them proof that it is a standing instruction? And the person further claimed that I was the only person who was having issue with prudential so far. I've sent print screens of my 3 policies to them, let's see what they have to say. Give me any further issues, I'll just cancel off that stupid card. Change to other spending lot, no need to fight with free money.
