Guys, interested in simply cash cc. Will i get the max RM60 CB if i were to reload RM2500 to my ewallet say TNG?

Mostly how long will the cashback appear in 360 rewards for simply cash card? Coz for July one haven't saw it.

I terminated the card through online banking, and the cs so hardworking, everyday called to retent the credit card, swipe for 3 times, and waive for annual fee RM250 and rebates RM100.
I told CS, the hotline never ever can be reachable. CS: orh nvm, you may call my direct line, I definitely pick up your call and waive the annual fee manually after u swipe for 3 times.

There is annual fee charges and it indicate 'card with outstanding balance not eligible for card cancellation'.

Mine only got RM3 but my spending is more RM2500 and spend on eligible category. 

is there a new T&C ?

This is their downturn by their own making.
I am thinking of complaining to their HQ and cancel the card after.

i think quite likely is their HQ decision.

as we see more and more foreign bank started selling their consumer operations here or downsizing and cutting operation cost.

just that this bank do it till the max and disbanded all human CS for daily non emergency banking operations.

most probably this market is simply too small for them to spend their resources on.

after all, i think well managed local bank (P bank for eg) are still the most reliable choice for us to rely on.

Hi all, would like to check if anyone know the reason why application through Ringgitplus it was not approved (apply around 13-Sep),
but then later on apply during KLSCM (1-Oct) (cause I want to get engraving on my medal), it was success. The approved credit limit also consider not small amount.

Just wondering is it SC do this on purpose so that no need to give out RM800 TnG reload if approved via Ringgitplus?

After I posted while waiting, after 10 mins my call got through and activated account successfully.

I got charged annual fee for onesimple card on 19.10.23, then i already pay my cc on 23.10.23

But somehow I see no option to waive the annual fee at help & services? so far i spent more than rm 2500 per month

so perhaps its because i already paid the outstanding?

When I spoke with CS over the phone, apparently that "Fee Waiver" thing refers to late fees, etc, not annual fees...

If you want AF waiver, still got to call them. Use the emergency lane if you have to, cos Option 5 (Account Related Questions) is not working AT ALL
