Just need spend RM100 at Lazada or Shopee to get RM15.
The rest RM1400 can spend anywhere

Anyone experienced the cashback from JOP is lower than eligible amount?

I calculated my eligible transactions, supposed can get RM40+ cashback, but received only RM20.

Sorry, that was a rough range of my transactions using JOP since i get it 3 months back.

I'll take my 1st to 31st August transactions as example below:

PETROL:
Total Expenses: RM213.45
Eligible cashback (15%): RM20

ONLINE:
Total Expenses: RM1825
Eligible cashback (15%): RM20

Groceries:
Total Expenses: RM85.50
Eligible cashback (15%): RM12.83

OTHERS (not in the 3 categories - Not entitled for any cashback but contributing to min. transactions amount)
Total Expenses: : RM976.75

GRAND TOTAL EXPENSES USAGE: RM3100.70 (Entitled for 15% tier cashback, capped at RM60 with RM20 per category)
My expected cashback amount: RM52.83

Actual cashback received: RM20.

I think you should calculate base on the statement instead of month......
they are calculate base on statement date.
Please check back your transaction is it fall to previos month or to next month transaction this is why the rebate is not full.

Regarding the cashback for last month, when will it reflect in the cashback reward site?

@both of you: Does your Smart CB include the RM15 for the eWallet too?

Since no more cb for contactless, and need to spend 1500 to get rm15 cb, equivalent to 1%, is it still worth using smart? But still better than LFC's 0.5%.
