yes. however u can try call. some cc require min spent amount per year

u need to set by email and online on statement request. else default is online.
this month their app not stable...early month, duitnow issue. cannot receive money. then debit card/cc cannot change settings

Here is my feedback on SC credit card use when in the United States
a) Applepay/Paywave - not all merchants accept
b) Slot in - yes. will work [prefer method]. No pin require
Make sure to turn off notifications when used overseas & don't set the country. else it will fail and sms send late.
c) Uber app - no problem

Redeemed miles to enrich. reflected the next day . got 20% more. Today last day for 20% extra. Tomorrow onward is 10% - valid till 14 march

u need 60k spend on sc journey. if got, then can waive

it is listed as a requirement. 60k spent to waive annual fees

one of the way to prevent people from leaving. that why they love u to use installment plan even 0%

Easy , contact insurance agent and change payment. Then cancel

i've checked with standard chartered on my 30k miles reward when sign up cc. Since already 5 month & they did not credit 30k miles to me. Really pissed me off on their reply:
Please note that as per our terms and conditions, in order to get the 30,000 miles customers are required to:

1) Spend a min of 8x retail transactions (any amount) within 60 days upon card approval date
2) Provide income documents: EPF Statement (latest 6 months) or EA Form or Latest B/BE Form.

As per checking, we noticed that you did not submit the required income documents. Therefore, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible for the rewards.

So mean, i've submitted my credit card application from bank website by just fill up form & get approval without supporting document. First time bank approve credit card this way.

Anyway, i'm not going to use this card any more for any payment. Just use for lounge access till Aug & then terminate it..

No wonder so many people complained about SC. So for those that apply Journey card , be careful on SC honor the reward promise during CC sign up. You may face some fate as mine

You see this 2 TNC and compare.
They use Feb 2024 TNC and tell me that i not entitle for reward.
They response is i submitted payslip and bank statement. Not EPF and income tax. They thought i never save old tnc pdf

Due to changes on TNC, i got rejected reward. So is this my fault or been sarcastic ?
