I am planning to cancel my SC before the RM25 tax is charged by year end.

Can I just walk into one of the SC branches and get it cancelled immediately?

Hi all, I requested for SC CC cancellation on 12 July through their app. Then on 16 July i was charged RM25 SST. The status in the app still show the cancellation request as still processing. Can the card be cancelled with the unbilled RM25 SST ?

hmm.. how long it usually takes them to process ? I gave up calling them.. almost in queue for hours and still no one pickup. SC really has one of the worst customer service....

so, u receive cancellation confirmation from them? or just nobody call u n assume it is cancelled? As I know, they took quite sometime for cancellation request.

Hello guys i spent rm2.5k above using my journey cc card and wish to use the cashback grab for my airport transfer from klia next week. How should i use it? Using grabride and deduct the fare from my scb card will get the cashbacks?

I took on 1 grab ride in Aug.. by right i should be entitled for a free ride to airport.

what about in Sept? because the t&c says to spend RM2.5k in 90 days before... which i have spent 10k

Anyone claimed the credit card guaranteed gift before? I applied the sc credit card due to offer 1388 tng credit via ringgitplus. It said only spend 400 for three months using the card and you will get the 1388 tng credit, can i how is the claim process of the tng credit? is it automatic it will transfer the credit or it will give somekind of credit code? The reason i asked this is because I dont have the tng account yet. Is it better that open the tng now or wait till i get the gift from sc? Thanks.

Tried doing it in the app but wasn't able to as there is still some outstanding balance.

Can I visit a branch to cancel and settle the balance? The last time I went to an SC branch for some card related matter they directed me to call the hotline or use the app lol
