But my first intention is I only need 1 card. The rest I am not interested unless give me PPL card then it is another story.

Is it true tat if I want that card, then it is compulsory to take the rest of cards too? Friendly to say I never heard this before the card suddenly become bundle. But dont talk about MB 2 card (just example) because it is originally 2 cards bundle. Ya, you can pleased to say me noob since i m newbies for SC holder.

By the way, i dun simply ban people. Just the only it is not the right way compulsory to take so many cards like 4 pieces of card.

Then next time when you apply cards, then the agent tell u compulsory to take A to Z credit card, maybe 10 pcs of card. If all the banks like this method, I think you forever not need apply.

I wan tell you is customers have right to choose wat type of card. If agent insist to take A to Z all the cards, then let them do for it because this is their job. And customer is the job to choose wat type of cards to maintain, and cancel wat type of cards.

Sometimes customer can tolerance if compulsory to take 1 or 2 pcs at least, then never mind. It is still acceptable. People want to complain because people at the first place are very kind n say sorry I dun need so much cards. But abuse customer kindness with keep delay n break promise to the customers, is it the right way?

Yes, delay and break promise to customer is consider poor service from bank already.

I hv my own fault due to insufficient research for this bank service and straight away apply. Anyway, no offence and thanks you all advice. I learn something new for it. Appreciate..

I think is an agent in mall by temporary booth.. But saw her name card is from SCB with sub agent company name.

Yes, they did for verification. But during the verification, the email or employee details are incorrect.. I'm not sure they purposely read or spell incorrect information causing you are unable to terminate account.
I straight away ask him "Are you from outsource cs teams"? "If it is, please request originally SC customer service teams to call me for confirmation".

Provide incorrect information will let customer think it is from scam or fraud call..
Out of Topic: Plus coming soon of "DNow", more hard to identify whether it is originally call from bank or scam call. I believe you know what I mean lah.. whistling.gif

Sorry guy, newbie for using SC...

If I spend the amount at this month (Oct), so I will get the CB after 60 days? Or next month I will receive CB?
By the way, I'm holding the CB master.

Just now I live chat with SC regarding my cashback of SC CB card.

She say the cashback will reflect after 60 days..
So spend on Oct 2018, then the CB will arrive on Dec 2018..

Just wondering those who sign up credit card on Sept or Oct, did you receive the activation cashback RM100 already?

Kinda confuse the credit card sales teams say within 45 days will receive the cashback RM100 but at customer service say within 90 days will receive the cashback (As long as you activate the card within 45 days)..

So is it I need to wait 45 days + 90 days = 135 days (Just to wait RM100 activation cashback)?

I already swipe more than 1 time transaction already..
Somemore the normal cashback I haven't receive yet from Oct until now..

I already call to cs to expedite the cashback, but they seems like same sentence "within 90 days from the card approval month"... End up call cs just a wasting money & time only.

I think around next year will soon terminate for this card once I receive the cash rewards. Can't tahan need wait 90 days like that...
Although HSBC also same and say within 90 days will reward to me, however less than 50 days I receive the amount..

While for normal monthly cashback, the cashback online rewards still haven't redeem. I spend on October, but until now (already Nov) haven't receive cashback online at my account there.

I though everything is automatic credited directly to the card... Only the processing of free money either take longer or shorter..

It is depend you hold which cards of SCB. If you are holding JOP or those PPL card, then it should be much better compare to LP CB card.
Different cards will reflect different services..
