She said annual fee waiver process has been transferred 100% to call centre, hence, she cannot see whether I will be eligible for annual fee waiver or not.
Now i’m scared which category will be I be. I think my annual fee will kick in either December or January.
My one first and second time call to rebate the SST (been charge at the first place) and then come to annual fees.
The SC call center cannot rebate, but offer me do something like installment or balance transfer to offset SST.
It's kinda make me more worst and more tension if really do installment (because of the interest rate), then I say not need. If cannot do anything, then cancel the card. I feel tension of the balance transfer and very headache of SST. After that, call center say they will have another process teams (it should be retention teams) to offer another things or verify to cancel within 3 -5 working days.
Then already over working days, still no ppl call and saw my card still in active state. Chase them there is no ppl call me.. If like that, just cancel for it. I don't want to see it anymore.
Within 4 hours like that, I receive call from them (today). They ask me why I cancel card, I say I feel tension of the SST and soon annual fees. With no any conditions, they will waive both fees for it as long as I maintain the card. This process will take 3 working days again..
Well~ No comment... Now I just monitor for my card. If have waive, then continue use. If not, call and cancel immediately.

In simple, it's seems like need threatening them so they can "do anything for you". Just nw seriously wanna to cancel my card coz I have another backup card incoming.. But end up they waive for me.. Well~ nothing to say but make me tension again holding too many card..
