Har?Bayan is 0.2/sf?
Cause Cheria is only like 0.14/sf leh for maintenance.

QUOTE(wong8981 @ Mar 9 2017, 12:52 PM) Based on word exchange in BR and TA thread, is either TA SA that serving strom boss go without doing homework or they are trying to push other phase. noticed his info is highly inconsistent as well. I really doubt got such a clueless SA.... unless he gets his info from a competing SA la... like u ask RImbayu SA about TA.. u sure get "good" info.... |

QUOTE(storm88 @ Mar 10 2017, 07:22 AM) Hoho, to me still have to combine the maintenance and monthly commitment ma Oh how i wish that could be true..Btw the SA said there is possibility to request for lower maintenance fee for thosr who own larger lands due to the community doesnt service the owner's land area. Whst do you think? But its a pipe dream. Once you sign there is no way anyone would agree for your maintenance to be lowered. Not to mention you are the minority while the majority doesnt have extra land, no way they will vote in your favour... |

QUOTE(wong8981 @ Mar 11 2017, 10:38 AM) Fire insurance is covered by the bank side. Cause the house is theirs.Only after u paid off the loan then u buy fire insurance yourself. The cost is also minimal cause most of the value of the "house" is the land itself and you don't need fire insurance for the land.... |

QUOTE(gc68 @ Apr 1 2017, 02:51 PM) Hi, I just went to their show room today. I think the snp or dcm mentioned that you can make grooves in the wall. So I think the cabling wouldn't be an issue. It's Panasonic Homes tech anyway they won't be so dumb. It seems that Cheria units are made of pre cast concrete slabs. Now if I want to do network cabling and alarm system sensors wiring - I was told that we cannot hack the walls to embed the wires. So it will end up having network ducting running around the house - which may be unsightly. Any solution to this issue? Sample unit coming up in a month or so. You can have a good look. |

QUOTE(8sg9ft @ Apr 7 2017, 03:01 PM) Good question.Cause I was initially told opposite Cheria will be SemiD as well.. The plot opposite Cheria suppose to be a mix of SemiD and Bungalow... BUT... supposed the next phase should have been the one next to Cheria... so now I'm confused Maybe they launch the Semi? Bungalow first so as to not canibalise Cheria's sales? Cause sales of Cheria larger units still have around 40-45% left... This post has been edited by MeToo: Apr 7 2017, 03:14 PM |

QUOTE(tifosi @ Apr 18 2017, 04:04 PM) Got the last unit of intermediate lake facing in Bayan. I guess someone decided to pull out. G257 26x65 for a few corner units very strategic placement,, right next to the park.. very nice... but too small for me... and nearly 1M bucks agree with you pricing is kinda steep.Went around all 4 dev but TA seems to be most value for money. 257 pricing is too steep imo, 26X65 2k bu after discount 970k. IJM design doesn't really attract me and don't have the lake lifestyle. ES semi-D is nice but price beyond affordability |

QUOTE(tifosi @ Apr 18 2017, 04:18 PM) Actually kinda like 257 but those units that I were interested in were all around 1.2 mil (before discount). At that price (even if I have that kinda money), I'll probably top up abit and get a semi-D in TA. Overall TA's is pretty good value... a good balance of price vs product.Btw, anyone knows the ceiling height of Bayan Type B? Speakign of which, welcome to the neighbourhood... be sure to join us on TA's Owner FB page under "Tropicana Aman Owners" |

No news on the Cheria show houses...
Seems its being pushed back to next week aka 6th/7th May.... Not sure if they will prepare only Type A or Type B as well cause Type B is almost as good as sold out (left 2 units?). |

QUOTE(tifosi @ May 14 2017, 10:00 PM) Type B is impressive. Simple, roomy, no funny corners and not too many toilets. Too bad it's sold off (not that I could afford anyway) 1. There is still ONE unit i think, or thats what the sales board shows... 2. Nearly everyone felt this way, that Type B (despite having smaller built up) looks more "spacious"... however, if u look at it closely.. going back and forth between the 2 units.... u will notice that the Type A actually have more space. Type B everything is cramped together hardly any space to walk, and stuff liek the dining table etc are half the size of the Type A. So its a matter of a better "ID work" on Type B. 3. Oh and yes, I'll remove one of the toilet for Type A downstairs |
