Well look at it this way.

Phase 1 "Arashia" and Phase 2 "Bayan" have no showhouse to speak off.

The purpose of the showhouse is to sell the houses.... Not as a ID reference for owners...

Guys....

I recently got confirmation from Tropicana Aman that they will NOT be renewing the 99 lease (which started in 2012) before they hand over the houses.

So.... depending on when you get your house, you will lose anything from 5 to 8+ years from your 99 year tenure....

Arashia owners still ok.. 5 years loss...

Dalia buyers? 8? 9? Good luck 10% of your 99 yr lease hold gone..

The SA told you that? I was told by 2 separate SA (they know I already bought so no need to throw me empty promises) that they have no plans to renew the lease at the moment..

Ya looks like not many choice for me....

Urban homes is affordable but the low cost and super high density not sure how livable would it be.

The 2 other "condo" type in plan is the Commercial SOHO in front of Arahsia.. wont be cheap. Then after that would be higher end condo next to the main roundabout.

As for the parcel of land infront of Cheria, current plan is Bungalow, not sure any premium condos would be included.. I hope there is.. but wont be anytime soon.

Seriously 770psft for condo in Eco Sanctuary... how does that even make sense... its Teluk Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat for goodness sake...

There is some amverton bungalow at Bukit rimau next to the golf course.

The reviews/reception were..... Not sterling.... I would advice a LOT of googling before you buy into another of their project.

Shell station nearby, chinese school across the road... and literally right next to Aeon.

Actually there are some complaints from the buyers on this on the FB.

However, its not united... so i doubt Tropicana will give in to their demand for half concrete perimeter fencing. Its a major upgrade not to be taken lightly, and unless buyers present a united front with huge amount of buyer signatures they wont be taken seriously.

Thats why when it comes to G&G places... rule of thumb.. dont buy those on the perimeter/outer ring... I had a fren in Desa Park his house at the edge of the compound thieves jump the fence, came in... hit his place then run out... they usualyl wont go deep into the centre cause much riskier
