May I know when the key will be pass to Bayan owner?

The SA also tell me the club house will only be built after all the Phase A,B,C and D complete. They say not worth to built if there no residence use the facilities.

The SA told me that the club house will be built later once there is enough occupants bought the ABCD and also the new condo (krik krik krik krik). The reason because it will be high maintenance to sustain the clubhouse if no ppl occupy the area. Expected it to be completed in Q1 or Q2 2019

Received the key for Bayan. Surprisingly I'm abit frustrated with Tropicana built quality. facepalm.... defect banyak like hell... my roof cracked and they can say it ready for VP. adoi......

Yup. In the FB group but mostly all the owner for Bayan shifted to Telegram for now.

So many defects some more... dunno how Tropicana can say ready for VP when the house not proper QC from them.

Rempit an issue here during weekends. Macam acara litar circus worst was yesterday. I heard weekdays also kuat rajin for the rempits from 5pm to 7pm. Police came also chase them out, bukan tahan pun. In before the residence staying there take matters to own hands.

The lake is open to public and rubbish nobody collect. Some of the playground area been vandalised and not working. People who came there in car also parks beside the main roads.

But rempits still an issue there with the stunts and their loud exhaust.
