Wow.. sounds interesting. Overall the guard house and the entrance looks great. Definitely a lot of fine tune needed since it just VP'ed. Btw.. I only noticed the communication panel to guard house in Cheria houses. Is there any general alarm included? Elemens definitely no.

If it comes with 2 tier is even better. Prevent tailgate and illegal entrance. But design wise its nice and practical.

To be honest, after surveying a few places, this seems like a good location with the environment good for the family. It's going to be a tough decision. We had high expectation for this developer. Thanks for the advise and good luck with your Cheria too 

Cheria is a Panasonic home built using reinforced concrete.
I don't know about Dalia.

Lol.. ghost city no jam lah  Location is ok for me, no issue. No choice, old mindset.. rusty.. hardware is equally important as software.. need sometime to 'reset'.

Perhaps I can hire him when I am ready in the future.

I am in a market for a semi D or a superlink.
I am planning to upgrade from my current DSL terrace house at Kota Kemuning.
I really like the Cheria house layout you shared above.
It is simple, modern and just a good size house for a family of 4 like mine.(not too small, not too big)
With no wall separating the living room, dining room and dry kitchen..the house look and feel very spacious and open.
It is a much better layout  than the Eco Sanctuary semi D I viewed previously.
Eco Sanctuary's semi D has too many corners and wall partition downstairs.
I also looked at TA Elemen Garden home that has a similar layout and build up as Cheria Type B.
I like that Cheria has abundance of windows that make the house bright with  plenty of natural lighting.
Obviously, I cannot compare a semi D and super link terrace house but I think the Cheria Type B semi D is well worth the price at approx 1.2million - 1.35 million. Very good price for a proper semi D. Good value.

Hi all, Arahsia was sold out since 2016 but seem like the occupancy rate is only around 50% currently.
Any reason why the occupancy rate is low?
Is it only Arahsia or other phases for TA also similar?

I went to view TA Cheria neighbourhood and subsale units with agent this past few days.
Overall not bad. I like the environment here.
Also, really like the house layout.

My wife notice the Cheria Type B has a lot of 8/ 'fatt;
Land size 38/fatt feet X 80 feet.
Actual house building width/length 28 ft X 48 ft.
Built up 3200sqft (sang yee)
Very auspicious Hahaha.

I also like the fact that my teenage kids can walk 10 minutes /ride bicycle to school in the future. e.g. Tenby /SRJK © Bukit Fraser.
My Puchong friend purposely plan to move here in the future so that he can send his special ed son to the new and upcoming special ed International school nearby at Bandar Rimbayu.
