Alarm, probably can use an app.. with a panic button etc. As long as linked to the guard house should be good enough. DOnt need extra infrastructure.

Best entrance currently i feel is Dalia...

Not that their entrance is nicer then others but for the fact that there is a roundabout RIGHT infront of the entrance, which made it look like the roundabout is part of the entrance making it very grand/nice

None of the tropicana Aman A B C D so far has 2 layer gates... i suppose its a low density strata, if there is any tail gating, the security can spot/go after them.

Frankly hairline occurs on almost every landed property. It could be from various reasons and most of the time does not affect the structural integrity of the building. Just plaster over it and repaint. Personally I feel it shouldnt factor in as a consideration whether we should get the property or not, but thats just me.

This i need put disclaimer... I think those actually using the "smart" panahome system in Cheria will be the minority.. the system is very outdated (think ~5 yrs old) and limited.

The Puretech system is fairly easy to duplicate. Drill 4 opening, 1 in and 3 out. Install a filtration system (many brands to choose from) and you're done.

Eco Sanctuary's semi D has too many corners and wall partition downstairs.
I also looked at TA Elemen Garden home that has a similar layout and build up as Cheria Type B.
I like that Cheria has abundance of windows that make the house bright with  plenty of natural lighting.
Obviously, I cannot compare a semi D and super link terrace house but I think the Cheria Type B semi D is well worth the price at approx 1.2million - 1.35 million. Very good price for a proper semi D. Good value.  thumbsup.gif

You will be surprised how many Cheria owners are actually upgraders from KK like yourself.

There are some subsales Type B, or you can look at unsold Type A unit directly from Tropicana (free MOT etc not bad).

Would like to put this out there, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tropicana Cheria to any of my friends/relatives. Not after Tropicana failed to resolve 90% of the owner's unit Defect even after 250 days of VP.

I'll send my kid to SRJK for Primary education, i want them to have a good Chinese language base. Both Tenby and Oasis have insufficnet exposure to chinese ed. Secondary will chuck them into either Tenby or Oasis depending on which direction they are likely to go for the degree level.

also, i dont want my kid to be sorrounded by rich kids from the get go.... dont think thats a good environment ...
