Other than rempit issue, I think another issue is resident complaint there are business activites conducted at the lake side, something like car boot sales making the place crowded like a mini pasar malam.....

The lake is open to public and rubbish nobody collect. Some of the playground area been vandalised and not working. People who came there in car also parks beside the main roads.

But rempits still an issue there with the stunts and their loud exhaust.

Now placed booking for both 257 domus and dahlia. Both also semi d but pricing very different. But I still cannot decide which one to let go.

Comparing just by the floor plans.
Both have open floor plans.
I prefer the Dalia's plan since it has a straight line of sight from the dry kitchen to the living room. (To a certain extent it is true for Dahlia's wet kitchen also) e.g. ease of cooking while watching tv, or looking after small kids while in the kitchen.
Another thing is Dahlia's build-up width at 10445mm (34.3ft) will feel and look much more spacious than Domus's width.
