All developer in Malaysia is 2x5 wan la. You know why? Cause consumer have no rights, no power, legislation protects the big developer.
So they can get away with screwing their buyers for years while maximising profit. If consumer have the power to make the developer pay for their screw up, they will make more effort to prevent the costly blunders. |
