Frankly the Type A kitchen is a pain in the ass. No windows. No fresh air. The only way would be to route the hood area designated for drying clothes etc. In fact I'm tempted to turn that small square into a wet kitchen.

Look at the floor plan, all the "red" walls can be removed, no issue.

Actualyl since we have 3 "bathroom" located in the ground floor...

I'm thinking of removing the one at the entrance, one is to enlarge the kitchen, another is that the feng shui not so good people masuk straigth see your jambam...

The layout is different.

But, I like the way they make the garden an extension of the house, instead of being a "garden". I'm going to do the same with my land area...

Oh notice the 2 Dalia showhouse ID is exactly the same....

Yeah.. cannot do extension.. so have to do a nice "gazebo/outhouse" hehehe

The Semi D Dalia actually feels much bigger... I think its the open area at the stairs. Feels much roomier compared to the actual Bungalow

Ahh I remember this picture... its from very early days... literally when Tropicana just launched.

If this is true, then it would be very good, one single exit can go both ways, which also means we can enter Canal City from both SKVE and WCE without going thru the BSP area.

Not sure about Sanctuary Mall, seems they are lacking tenants, dont see many taken up.... except for the (main?) tenant...

257 Mall seems better planned, with list of tenants etc all... ofcourse I'm not too optimistic about Gamuda's mall, they have one at KK now called Gamuda Walk, the place is pretty sad...

Thats the current access yes, not viable in the long run, especially once Canal City is populated.
