Those who complain were talking aboput rodents/snakes coming in easily with the current fencing... problem is.. even with half concrete snakes will still easily come in la...

Frankly I wont mind topping up to get a fencing upgrade...

Not so bad... especially if you're in the middle of a long row of houses...

Then they would need to walk a big round... grab your stuff.. then walk a big round again while carrying their loot... also risky... if I was a thief... I prefer scale the fence, hit the house right in front of me.... grab a few stuff... scale the fence again..

Big difference hahah....

But looks like it should be around when phase C(heria) & D(alia) complete la... looking at the work progress. Bear in mind building the clubhouse is usually faster compared to houses.

if u wan take RHB u can try my banker, he's good with follow up.

After 1 yr when I wanna settle all the principal, the branch gave me so much shit, i went to him for help he still spend time helping..
