Look like is really Elite link with SKL only with no exist for G257... Video also never mentioned about this interchange

The State Infrastructure and Agriculture Committee chairman Izham Hashim said the state government had probed into the video clip and found that there was no such project (SKE highway) being approved for implementation in Selangor.

“Instead, we (state government) found that the alleged proposed construction of the SKE showed in the video almost similar to the proposed construction of the Sungai Klang Link (SKL), a project which has received the approval in principle by the State Executive Council on January 17, but the project has yet to be approved by the federal government,” he told a press conference here today.

I am guessing the SKE plan is a competing proposal for the same concept plan linking KL and Klang over Sungai Klang using an elevated 3 lane highway each way.
So....SKE is the unofficial/competing plan, SKL is the approved plan
A lot can change until the real thing is approved and built haha

Of course, Canal city folks would prefer the official SKL plan as the highway interchange is nearer to Canal city.
The 'illegal' SKE plan has proposed the interchange further north instead at Kota Kemuning.

Looks like an interchange to switch between expressways only. Don’t see any exits that will connect to G257

There is a proposed toll plaza here.
The road structure highlighted in yellow colour is not very clear in the photo.
Those are preliminary plan that is subject to change based on public feedback etc.
To me, the logical entry/exit is through Jalan Kampong Lombong or Jalan Lombong Timah.
I will be very surprised if they plan for a new interchange/new highway with toll plaza and there is no entry/exit road is allocated especially for a big township like Canal city and KK in the vicinity. The highway builders need to make their money back from road users mah hahaha.

Just wait and see how it goes lah.

Hi to the buyers of Tropicana. Won't you have concern of the prestige house is build from sand bricks? For those have completed like Cheria and Dahlia owner, do you mind to share your experience of your home build with sand bricks?

Do you experience hot temperature since sand bricks is well known for his heat absorbing property?

Do you suffer from Wall fitting as sand bricks are known not to be sturdy as clay bricks? Or suffer from for cost for renovation as more efforts needed to sturdy your fittings?

Do you feel the sound or noise insulation is bad?

Got any example development now that is not using sand brick for brickwork?

I've been browsing around multiple properties below 2m. Most only mention brickwork. Only TA mentions sand brick in the brochure. If clay brick is said to be the more superior material, wouldn't developers advertise it?

I've been looking for the golden answer for red vs white brick answer myself. Through my shallow knowledge of civil engineering and the power of the internet, sand brick is better known as fly ash brick?

In this case, the white bricks seem to be stronger, absorb less water, cheaper and lighter? Can't find other articles besides our local LYN posts that say the white/sand/fly ash cement bricks are inferior.
