is this the chinese school that will be relocated to Tropicana Aman ?

it says MOE has approved the relocation of the Chinese school from Fraser's Hill to a new housing area in Jenjarom earliest by year 2018.

Good catch bro. The SA mentioned that it's almost a done deal. But he was talking about a school in Cameron that has very little student. Perhaps he made a mistake.... Fraser is close enough.

The paper mention there is only 1 std 5 students there. By 2018 he would have graduated so they can close down the school... time line looks right.

Coincidentally, I was in Fraser Hills for a short holiday few months ago, did manage catch a glimpse of this Chinese school located near the residence of a Royal. The environment is really conducive, fresh and chill air quality, too bad most Chinaman have shifted, and demographic had changed considerably

I believe it is 99.9% confirmed that the Chinese school from Fraser's Hill will be relocated to Tropicana Aman as per the 2 newspaper below :

Oriental Daily News

It says that the new school will be relocated to "Kota Kemuning". Pending approval from MDKL, stage 1 of the school construction will start in mid 2017. construction cost is estimated around RM8 million which will be partially funded by developers. The new school is expected to be ready for intake in year 2019.

Encouraging news. At least got another option in Canal City instead of international schools in TA and BR.

More choices is good.

There are 1 or 2 more chinese schools in KK area also to choose from

a) SJK © Chung Hwa Kota Kemuning - I heard it is one of the top school in Klang district

Selling top half only take up rate is so so...

So pricing isnt the only strategy for successful take up...

Strictly statistic wise talking :

1.3M for semi D at Cheria => You can get the same at Elmina / Eco Ardence and both are freehold.

Logically, Cheria is priced too much of a premium for leasehold prop at Kota Kemuning.

However, it does come with the cool Panasonic things inside.

Non statistical talk :

If a person likes the place, they would pay 1,3M for it laugh.gif

I never follow Elmina therefore cant comment.

as for eco ardence, it launches much later than Cheria and its on the other side of shah alam, doubt that it has much influence of cheria performance.
if Cheria at 1.3mio priced at premium, then eco santuari is super duper premium already.

By the way, eco ardence 1.3mio technically is a link house...not full blood SMD.

I honestly think Eco Sanctuary is too premium for my liking.

But some people like their idea and etc, so they will still buy it even if it's priced at such.

At 1,3M, potential buyer should have tonnes of option to purchase.

I just personally don't like the leasehold thing for such price.

mine is 1mio trashold for lishold landed.......still cant get pass the 1mio reasons to buy biggrin.gif

those bought EcoSanctuari kena poision from EW already......who wouldn't? its a refreshing marketing presentation for a township....unlike SimeDarby Gamuda and the rest....still trapped in the 80's........but they still can sell........that helps them to cross the line.

If I am really looking at landed leasehold, it would be below 800k. ( Since IJM Rimbayu Penduline can get for around that price but not even tempted at all )

Landed prop wise, I rather go freehold to spare the future headache. At least can be passed down to the next generation if I am fortunate.

Leasehold later want to renew at expiry sure leceh + selling leasehold prop usually rather slow due to application to various bodies and etc.
