I just visit the showroom, definitely walkable to MRT because there will be shaded walkway provided. Problem is, they can't tell you how far the walkway will be. I am estimating at least 700m. Also, there's only 1 car park provided, good luck with that. In future development, I can foresee SP Setia build another high end condo around there.

Dude, have you been to their showroom? Or you just imagine the sh*t on yourself?

Anyway, I do not like the way they presented like "don't think any ah mao ah kao can buy this property, all buyer are very atas 1, salary not more than RM5k sure struggle to get through the loan"

Haha. I think only ah mao ah kao able to buy this condo. Plenty of better options surrounding.

Well, they did require buyer to pay for the SPA & loan disbursement and stamp duty, which I believe not a lot of people in this range able to fork out lo, especially this RMCO period.

Booking fee are RM1000(to lock the unit) + RM4000(after loan approved)

The SA got some point la.

Also, 2 more things I don't like :- only 1 parking and laminated timber flooring for rooms(The SA dare to say it's better than tiles, I was thinking WTF)

Nice... we are aiming for the same thing, the upcoming SP setia condo which is truly walkable to the MRT !

I saw a new project called Gemini Residence but the layout looks the sam, also by Chin Hin. I wonder if it's the same.
Anyway, I'm going to have a look this weekend. Need to check out the 700m walk for myself as I usually commute. πŸ˜†

It's the same project , I think the Agent dont want the buyer to get too much information online or worry you might buy directly from the Developer.

Let me know if you are buying this, can put me as your referral, we can split the money.
