But hotel at this location? Is it good?

Sorry not interested in the project. Just chanced upon their agents selling the project in ikea/ikano.

Lishold...but must say...layout is good and comes w 2 cps even for smaller than 1000sq.

Think they also said wat walking to ktm station in serdang.

Should be walk-able distance to MRT2, maybe around 500-600m+- as there will be road from MRT2 station exit to Jalan Merah Silu , KTM line is very very far away.

Hmmm...am not sure if i was confused w another project.
