Visited once few weeks back, the sales gallery was really really crowded, but the take up rate really low, it looked even lower than last year May 2019. Why?

not sure but maybe a bit overprice, leasehold, one carpark which is not really that enticing. People might have gone for Mah M Oscar / UOA Aste4r green

i think the same applies to mah sing and uoa projects also haha.. but then too much weaknesses against this project.. they wanna try to separate themselves from the rest but in the end they lack of pulling factors. Luckily the company is cash rich, guess completion would not be a problem at least even weak sales..

Walkability to station is nearest compares to Max Sixx and UOx. Actually all this 3 projects are expensive.

Numerous factors. Went to the site and realize that surrounding has basically nothing. Look at the sales chart and saw many available units still after 1 year launch. So i dont feel good

It got to me too, this project still has quite some units available despite the launch has been sometime ago.
With the new rebates and ff option, take up rate is still not that fast either. Especially the layout i chose, seems like plentiful still compared to the dual key ones, maybe my chosen layout has no foyer , could be the reason sad.gif

So which project have you put your cancelled booking to? maybe i will take a visit to that project, ive been looking and so far ive settled for this one.
I live nearby, hence i found the surrounding residential area quiet and wide road leading to the establishment pretty decent because is for my own stay.
Perhaps it isn't your preference because your preference is for investment?

Loan is still under process, do advice if you think theres another project i could possibly consider.

Hi guys, i understand that 8th and stellar is on a commercial piece of land. Implications being higher electric and water bills.. any other implications that we should be aware of? Also a bit concerned about the empty piece of land north to project site, wonder what future developments will take place there which may impact the residents of this project esp those in the north-facing units.
