I just visit the showroom, definitely walkable to MRT because there will be shaded walkway provided. Problem is, they can't tell you how far the walkway will be. I am estimating at least 700m. Also, there's only 1 car park provided, good luck with that. In future development, I can foresee SP Setia build another high end condo around there.

Dude, have you been to their showroom? Or you just imagine the sh*t on yourself?

Anyway, I do not like the way they presented like "don't think any ah mao ah kao can buy this property, all buyer are very atas 1, salary not more than RM5k sure struggle to get through the loan"

Well, they did require buyer to pay for the SPA & loan disbursement and stamp duty, which I believe not a lot of people in this range able to fork out lo, especially this RMCO period.

Booking fee are RM1000(to lock the unit) + RM4000(after loan approved)

The SA got some point la.

Also, 2 more things I don't like :- only 1 parking and laminated timber flooring for rooms(The SA dare to say it's better than tiles, I was thinking WTF)
