was told preview this weekend, smallest unit after rebate around 1m, 1st 50 customer will get fully furnish as 'gift', others all semi furnish. You will need a 10k cheque as a 'entry ticket' to go for the preview

140 units. very few booked today. maybe 20.not all units available, developer want to hold as 2nd phase with higher pricing. over 1m. rebate 6% on dp and 2% on parcel 2a. 4 unit per floor, mechanical parking. showroom not ready. land area of project 15k sqft right next to exism showroom.
