14000sqft is around 4 to 5 standard semiD size only. Kind of narrow and small. Somemore 4 blocks, amazing.

I will say that if you have 1800psf money to cheong this project...you are looking from different angle that normal people will....

just like those pay 2500psf or more to buy flower vases around KLCC and BB areas....these ppl got money to burn...commoners like us will and can never understand their intention de.
