I will say that if you have 1800psf money to cheong this project...you are looking from different angle that normal people will....

just like those pay 2500psf or more to buy flower vases around KLCC and BB areas....these ppl got money to burn...commoners like us will and can never understand their intention de.

Perhaps this is why Dt called these people rich but dumb.

I rather be rich but dumb than poor and dumb.

Saw someone commented about the 4 sticks* joined together...
is this the only project/ property with this kind of funny architecture?

true that not many people can accept that they are living in 4 batang of towers as home.
But still its better you check out their gallery / show unit before you jumps to conclusions i guess

i am only stick to facts and proven informations

Height is 200m. Footprint of each stick is about 7X11m
What we call that then?

And most laughable.. they join all sticks with open air corridor.

It's quoted to park each car it will take 90s. In peak hour.. easily 3-5 cars will queue in front of you... To pick or park the car your better allocate 10m and grab a coffee first.

For me.. this automated parking is more of a bane than a boon. And do not forget the maintenance and repair of the mechanical system.

Taiko ppl that pay 1800psf to buy resi unit in the city i doubt that they need to punch card lah.....

And those need to go opis probably just walk to opis than drive.
