140 units in 14000 sqft land only with mechanical carparks ( what if the machine failure , can the owners get their cars out ?) and psf 1100 psf - 1600 Psf.

How are they going to compete with skysuites and star residence with the location n pricing. I can foresee a tough sell.

4 wings..each wing one unit only..so private lift..no accessible to other unit...

Stuck in lift...then kaolat lol. Unless it is really auto till park itself like those in japan n china lol.

14000sqft is around 4 to 5 standard semiD size only. Kind of narrow and small. Somemore 4 blocks, amazing.

But this developer first time klcc property only. Previous portfolio mostly in kampung kayu ara.

They also have condo in puchong and shah alam...amongst others.

But isola will be their highend venture.

damnn...density is okay..how the hell can put 4 towers. i believe got central core for services incl lifts in the middle...4 towers are more like wings actually. so lift from central core move to list..lel
