My last flash gun repair was SB910. The flashgun drop from less than 1 meter tall only, and cannot fire. Total damage RM600+. Don't bother repairing unless u really cannot find a used unit.

If ori Nikon flash rosak and going to cost arm leg to repair, buy new Godox for great value, I bought one due to price.
Of course lah original products so expensive nowadays.

Hello guys, I’m looking for a full frame because I’ve been doing a lot of low light photography nowadays and my d5300 is starting to show its limitations.

So I need advices, I’ve been looking at the d750 and wanting to know is it a good buy even though it’s 5years old already? Or should I invest in the z6?

I have 2 primes and 1 kit lens. The 35 and 50 and the 18-55. I think with the mount it should work with the Z series cameras?

35 is dx and the 50 is fx and it’s the af-s.

Hmm, do u have other suggestions aside from the d750? My budget is around 5k.

agree the d750 is still a solid camera.
for your tight budget i recommend you get the d750 and invest in some good fast lenses to complement it.

nikon z lenses are not cheap. 

yeah they are dang good, worth the price if you can afford it hehe.
they have to be to support the higher resolution of the z7 and the newer z-series in the future.

but for now the pricing at least for me

just curious, but anyone here still using the D700?  also, any recommendations for a good camera repair/service guy?  nikon malaysia (and most likely, worldwide) no longer supports the D700.

Just realized the holy trinity prime (35mm, 50mm, 85mm) f1.8s lenses of nikon Z mount is much more expensive than all the 3 Sony E mount counterpart...

Even the sony zeiss 55 f1.8 is cheaper than nikon 50mm f1.8 for Z mount.

Anyone still using the D600? You guys still got the oil/dust issue?

Borrowed my dad's D600 (casual photographer, these days uses his phone pretty much all the time lol) for my trip to Japan and just realized during editing that there's oil spot everywhere. 

Thought Nikon fixed the issue when he sent it for service a while back, but nope, looks like the issue's back. Considering Nikon is going to discontinue the free service next Jan, I'm wondering if it's best to just sell off the camera and get a smaller mirrorless camera instead. Thoughts?

My last body was D600 but I never encounter oil/dust issue. Maybe mine was newer batch. If u have budget, just sell ur D600 and get mirrorless.

Only have the 24-85mm kit lens and a 50 1.8g, so not much in terms of glasses. Was planning on getting the tamron 24-70 g2, but if i'm going to sell the d600, not sure if that's a good idea since the internet is showing mixed result on whether the tamron is compatible with the z system or not. Heard that it is, but need firmware update. But then again, if I were to use the ftz adapter with the g2... it probably won't be that much smaller than with the D600 right? lol.
Only till early next year though. So need to go out more and shoot before the offer ends.

since the last trip to japan, people still thought my camera expensive and when i check my d800, it is like an iphone price

maybe wait like years to wait mirrorless drop price then go trade it ... since the walking to the shrine mountain it is really tired lol

but what's improvement of Z6 vs D800?  (if both lens is 24-70mm f/2.8), like weight balancing, battery per shot, the price of QXDmemory card and the future how the price gonna drop or it is never drop one whatever, also the QXD vs CF card...

(or just downgrade to Z50  )
