I think the session only stays for a period of time, i.e. 10 minutes.
If you don't get served, you automatically get reset. Seriously Maxis?! |

Wow this totally sucks. I went in and it said my account is not supported by Maxis Online Store. After that, I used a different number, it went thru. After that when choosing the account that I wan it to be contracted. Everything is greyed out except for adding a new phone line.
