Today i was in klang maxis and the staff check using her ipad. I was overjoy when she said that there was stock in here and then when she ask me to go to counter to sign up, another staff told me no more. I said the front desk told me got and you told me otherwise ? And then he said that it has been reserve by somebody else.

I just got call from maxis too. Fill up the roi form. Say the phone already reserve for me at selected maxis centre. But why they didn't set time appointment ?

I was in bukit tinggi maxis centre this morning as I failed to preorder on 06/11 and subsequently fill up the ROI form. Got call the next day from maxis informing me that my unit has been reserve for me on maxis centre Klang. I again confirm the the person who call me whether do I need to make payment now in order to secure the unit, they say no need. Just walk in to maxis centre on today and they had reserve for me. Alright, then I go early in the morning, the attendance staff say all sold out and my name wasn't on the list. I fak up the staff upside down and I double confirm with the person who called me and say the unit is already reserve for me. They say they can't do anything as it's already sold out. I immediately call up 123 hotline and was ready to fak the second person immediately. To my surprise, the person who answer my call respond professionally amid my rough tone (I really fedup for maxis saying nonsense to me and make me que early in the morning for nothing). Then the person ask me to pass my call to any staff there which I did, seconds later they told me it's available. Why the hack is the first attending staff say all sold out ? Really piss off with maxis now but I still sign another two year contract with them.sighh

Do they think is fun to ask people que up for nothing with current pandemic ? My last two year contract with maxis and hereby I say byebye

Let's boycott maxis on next series of iphone due to their poor arrangement. Preorder failed. ROI failed. Delivery failed. Pricing only pass. No.1 in Malaysia
