I'm also waiting for refund from gemfive for that special edition Kate phon, I claimed refund as the description did not mention about the phone being a special edition with 2mm extra height and more weight. I returned the phone filled return form etc send to them. They replied saying it will take 19 working days to process refund, now will this refund be in cash form or points form ?

will be refund to ur original method u used to purchase.. like cc .. online banking.. debit card

yes up to 19 working days which means around 1-2 months approximately

crazy holding customer's money for too long

I ordered a Meizu MX4 from Lazada last month.

It has a defective SIM card slot and cannot detect the SIM card.

I printed out the return form and submitted the whole package to MBE.

Got my full refund into my credit card account in 3 working days. thumbup.gif

refund for lazada is fast. took me 2 working days only if they cancel the order.

but this shitty gemfive.. saw many forumer complaint about the refund.. some even took 2 months.. wth?
