refund sama 2% penalty processing fee biasanya ambil 1-2 bulan untuk refund.. ada yang lagi langsung x refund sbb consumer x kasi push kao kao..

kalau serta sama police report, dia org waive 2% processing penalty fee sama refund u boleh jadi cepat dlm 2-3 waktu hari bekerja

14 working days is almost a month lo.. excluding sat & sun, public holidays

i saw some forumer mentioned receive refund around 2 months which is pretty insane

why gemfive wanna hold customer's money for long time? because hong leong short of funds?
