anyone successfully placed an order ?

i got this reply.

Hi ,

Your order 10026 was cancelled because we could not confirm your payment OR you have requested for cancellation.

No charges were made by GEMFIVE on your card or account, and your issuing bank may have set a reserve equal to the total amount. Your issuing bank will reverse the reserve anywhere from 5 to 15 days depending on their policy. Kindly contact your bank for more details.

Please try with another credit card if available, or via an alternative payment method (Cash Deposit) to continue your order.
